Rate card
Two doors: hourly studio sessions (music or podcast), and The Company Show — a done-for-you monthly content show for Northeast Florida businesses. Hourly engineered rates of $60 or $50 include the room. Room-only rates of $25–$65 are the companion to the $200 day rate and do not stack with engineered.
Soft launch
You show up. We handle everything else — host, Episode Blueprint, multi-cam, edit, clips, publish. Founding rate $1,495/mo for 3 months (normally $1,995). Pilot episode $750.
Published rates
One booking. Room plus engineer.
Straight hourly engineered time with the studio’s two-hour minimum. The hourly rate includes the room.
Sample pricing
A run of episodes or sessions.
Four engineered sessions of two hours each (eight hours total) at the published returning-client rate of $50/hour ($400 studio time), plus a sample post-production estimate for edited audio across the run.

Returning clients pay $50/hr engineered ($100 two-hour minimum) — the loyalty benefit on the published card. First-time is $60/hr ($120 minimum).
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival before the session begins.
Intro promotion: Introductory promotion for a first session: 2 hours for $80.
